Please Wear a Mask When You visit Brook Health Centre or Silverstone Surgery
To support those who are clinically vulnerable we are requiring everyone to show respect and continue to wear a face covering. Our clinical staff will always wear a face covering during your consultation. Our clinical staff come into close physical contact with you and many other patients and so this will help protect us all.

Update on Patient Lateral Flow Covid-19 Testing
From the 1st April 2022 the Government have updated their guidance in regards to Covid-19 Testing
-
High risk patients in the community identified for COVID-19 MAB/Antiviral treatment will continue to access tests from UKHSA.
-
All NHS patients in a community or primary care setting requiring a test by a Clinician to support clinical decisions during their care and treatment pathway should be offered a lateral flow device (LFD) test as part of their usual diagnostic pathway. Patients will need to access gov.uk website to order their tests, where they will be asked to confirm that their Clinician has requested this.

NHS Covid Pass for Patients Vaccinated Abroad
We are UNABLE to record any Covid vaccination received abroad in a way that will allow a Covid Pass to be generated using the NHS APP. Please use this link to book an appointment (Book Appointment) to register your vaccinations received abroad.

Telephone Triage and Appointments
We are continuing to use the Telephone Triage system, as we have found this allows us to treat a larger number of patients and offer more services. Using the triage system, we can ensure that each patient is treated by the most appropriate Clinician for their condition, and where necessary a face-to-face appointment will be given. We now have access to a wide range of services which we can offer to our patients, including:
- Doctors
- Nursing Team
- Clinical Pharmacist
- First Contact Physio – Initial physio assessment
- Social Prescriber – Working from Silverstone and seeing face to face patients
- Weight Management Coach
- Mental Health Practitioner
