Important Notice: Regarding Complaints About Local Pharmacy Services
We are aware of some recent complaints regarding services provided by the local pharmacy, which is located within our building. However, we would like to clarify that while the pharmacy rents space from us, we are not the managers of this pharmacy, and we are unable to directly address the issues related to their services.
We encourage patients to contact the pharmacy directly to resolve any concerns or seek alternative solutions with other local chemists if necessary. We understand that this can be frustrating, but please be aware that the complaints being directed towards our practice and staff are beyond our control.

Our dedicated staff members work hard every day to support you and meet your healthcare needs, and it is disheartening when they are unfairly impacted by issues that are outside of their responsibility. We kindly ask that all complaints about the pharmacy be directed to the pharmacy team themselves.
Lastly, we ask all patients to remember to be kind and respectful to our staff, who are here to assist and support you in every way they can. The biggest gift you can give our staff is a smile, and an even bigger gift is a Google review to share your positive experiences.
